This online workshop will be facilitated by Phil Cheeseman (Lancaster University) and Rebecca Beaumont (Liverpool John Moores University). It is aimed at managers of library teams at any level. It will address aspects of management and leadership of teams.

It will:

  • explore themes associated with personal and team resilience.
  • look at what resilience is and how personal and team resilience are impacted by our environments, relationships and day-to-day challenges?
  • provide opportunities to reflect on and share strategies for developing personal resilience and supporting others.

We will share a programme for the morning nearer the time.

There will be a short pre-workshop activity to complete (which will be sent out the week before the event).
