This session will be hosted online by Lancaster and Manchester Metropolitan universities.

Following last year’s successful ALN session on working with students as partners, this session will take a student-centred approach to focus on the opportunities and challenges of working with students as partners.

Students from Manchester Met and Lancaster University will share their experiences of working with Library and Learning Development services, giving an invaluable insight into how libraries can create successful partnerships with students.

Alongside the student experiences, the session will include experiences of recruiting, managing, training and providing development opportunities for students.

The event will be of interest to any library staff who work with students.
