Staff Development
We run a comprehensive Staff Development programme, put together with our member institutions each year. We offer a variety of different opportunities including training, exchanges of experience and visits (when possible). We provide opportunities for staff at all levels to come together to exchange experiences, good practice and share knowledge.
You can see the full list of current and past events in the menu on the right ('Events'). We have also created a space to share resources from events - this will be populated gradually as events take place.

Please note: events are specifically aimed at staff from member institutions but in some cases staff from outside the collaboration may be able attend – please contact the ALN Development Managers if you work in an external institution and are interested in attending an event.
