Nicky Freeman and Andy Walsh are the Development Managers for Academic Libraries North (ALN).   You can contact them using their personal email addresses below or via academiclibrariesnorth@sconul.ac.uk.

Nicky and Andy are responsible for the day-to-day activities of ALN including:

  • liaising with Directors and staff in member institutions to coordinate all ALN activities
  • administrative running of the reciprocal Staff Development programme
  • secretary to the Board, Steering Group and Associate Directors' Network
  • managing the website
  • developing the ALN social media presence
  • keeping an overview of procurement activities undertaken by ALN
  • procuring sponsorship and working with the conference chair
