This event will be useful to anyone with an interest, at any level, in the development of library services and spaces.
The programme so far includes:
- a presentation from Jenny Foster, Edge Hill University titled Changing Spaces: reviewing spaces within the context of changing needs and blended learning
- an opportunity to make your own customer/user journey map and explore different approaches to this key UX research technique facilitated by Kathryn Conway, Northumbria University Library
- an update on the work of the ALN UX Community of Practice, from Alison Sharman, co-chair of the CoP
There will also be time for discussions on your experiences so be prepared to share what's happening at your institution.
