ALN conference 2025
We are pleased to announce that once again we're running our annual conference split between an online and an in-person day. More information will follow over the coming months, but a few key pieces of information follow:
The wholly online day will be held over Teams on 18 June 2025, and the in-person day will be in Manchester on 11 July 2025.
Our theme will be Sustainable Innovation: moving forward in challenging times.
We know our members are rising to the challenge of continuing to thrive while across the sector, finances and staff time is tight. How do we choose what to focus on, what to drop, and how we manage our teams to get them through difficult times? This conference asks how we might continue to move forward, to innovate, and to share the positive changes we’ve made in these challenging times. We invite submissions exploring any aspect of the topic and in the following formats: Workshops (in person day only), Short papers, Lightning Talks, Panel Discussion, or even a Wild Card format! We welcome papers from all colleagues working within any institutions, whether they are ALN member institutions or not.
Proposals should be submitted via this form by 14th March 2025. You will be asked to answer a short set of questions, which will be combined to form an abstract.

Ticket prices for presenters and early bird bookings will be discounted to £30 (online), £75 (in-person) for ALN members and £45 (online), £110 (in-person) for non-ALN members. (Bookings not yet open.)
