Skill Up with ALN!
** New ** This series of hour-long sessions offers an opportunity to learn about different roles and areas of library life and aim to demystify areas of the library service.
The sessions will give you an overview of the kind of work involved and how that work fits into the wider service. They will also consider the types and levels of roles involved in that area of work, outlining whether people tend to be lone workers or part of a team etc.
The aim is also to provide a glossary of key terms used in each area to help you understand more about any acronyms and phrases in common use.
This page will host recordings and resources from each session.
