Customer Services Community of Practice (CoP)

The Customer Services CoP is new to ALN for 2025/26 academic year! The CoP will act as a community for supervisors and managers with responsibility for customer service design and delivery to share knowledge, experiences, and challenges related to customer service delivery.  

It is chaired by Charly Townson and Rachel Gladwin (Leeds Beckett University).

The group meets three times a year, and is open to new and established practitioners alike.

The Copyright Community of Practice is:

• A community of copyright practitioners working in areas such as teaching and learning, licensing, digitisation and scholarly communications
• A forum for sharing best practice and exchange of knowledge
• An opportunity to meet and collaborate with colleagues across the ALN community

The draft Terms of Reference will be reviewed by the group at its first meeting on Thursday 11 November 2025.
