The Customer Services CoP is new to ALN for 2025/26 academic year! The CoP will act as a community for supervisors and managers with responsibility for customer service design and delivery to share knowledge, experiences, and challenges related to customer service delivery.

The group meets three times a year, and is open to new and established practitioners alike.
The Terms of Reference will be reviewed by the group at its first meeting on Thursday 11 November 2025.
